I’m a certified breathwork facilitator and health professional.

My work is dedicated to guiding you home to a new version of yourself one defined by clarity, resilience, and inner peace. I help you release stored emotions and generational trauma through the profound, somatic power of your own breath.

I understand this journey because I have lived it. Having faced life’s significant challenges myself, I bridge deep personal experience with professional expertise. I have done the inner work, and I have pursued comprehensive, certified training to ensure my practice is both trauma-informed and evidence-based. As a healthcare professional and scientist, I combine compassionate intuition with a grounded understanding of the nervous system and physiology.
